– Monitor Health: Regular blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar checks.
– Manage Stress.
– Avoid Smoking.
– Limit Alcohol (≤1 drink/day women, ≤2 men).
– Get 7–9 Hours of Sleep.
– Stay Hydrated.
– Limit Sugar Intake.
