– Wellness-Focused Nutrition Plan: Fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, healthy fats. Limit salt, sugar, saturated/trans fats.

– Regular Physical Activity: 150 minutes moderate activity per week.

– Manage Blood Pressure.

– Control Diabetes.

– Lower Cholesterol.

– Quit Smoking.

– Limit Alcohol (≤2 drinks/day men, ≤1 women).
